Checking Complaint History

To check the complaint history of a program, visit the NYS Office of Children and Family Services website at www.ocfs.state.ny.us or call the Westchester Regional Licensing Office at (845) 708-2400 or the Child Care Council of Orange County, (845) 294-4012.

To File a New Complaint

The health and safety of the children enrolled in care with providers in Orange County is a primary concern of our agency. Should you have a complaint concerning a provider, please call Westchester Regional Licensing Office at (845) 708-2400 or the Child Care Council of Orange County, (845) 294-4012.

Our agency also strives to provide the best service to our clients as possible. Should you have a complaint concerning our agency’s service to you, please call (845) 294-4012 ext. 222 and ask to speak with the Executive Director, Rachel Ambroziak. Should you have internet access and wish to explore more information concerning a specific provider, quality indicators or a provider’s compliance with regulations, please go to www.ocfs.state.ny.us.
